Absolutely! Some of our bedrooms are shared twins or if you would prefer a room all to yourself, that is an option too! Many of our guests like to come alone and take a week to themselves.

The more the merrier! Some of our bedrooms are shared twins so you can share with a friend, or have a room to yourself, the choice is yours.

At Iain Lifestyle Retreats we believe everything starts with the mindset. We don’t want you to come here and just be pulled through the week, we want you to understand that this is your opportunity to make a difference to your health, fitness and self belief in your strive towards your goals.

80% of what you will achieve will be down to your own desire. We will be there to support you, motivate you, educate you and provide the extra 20% when you feel you need that extra help. We are in this together.

Although we understand the majority want to lose weight we want to change the mindset shift to wanting to be healthier from the inside. If you can change your thought process and habits to facilitate internal health then the bi-product will be external fat loss, body shape change, increased energy, increased happiness and increased confidence. Let’s work from inside to outside.

If your goal is to lose weight and/or change your body shape then we will discuss with you the best way to achieve this and potentially give you life changing, life lasting results through improved nutrition, increased movement and improved self belief.

You will find a wide variety of exercises available to you including, walking, boxing, circuit training, High Intensity Interval Training, swimming, functional sessions, fun games, flexibility, relaxation.

We are well aware that many of our guests do not want to train hard most of the day, everyday and in fact just simply wish to come to us to ‘switch off’ from the stresses, rigours and emotions that everyday life can put upon us through work, family, relationships, socials etc so we adopt a ‘challenge by choice’ approach. If your body and mind just need to unwind for the week then you do just that. This is your week to tailor it exactly how you want it to give yourself the best chance of achieving your goals.

If you feel you need to push yourself physically to take your body and your mind to the ‘next level’ then rest assured that the knowledge and experience we have at your disposal will be able to help you achieve just that. We encourage everyone to arrive on time for the retreat as we have a structured plan for the week ahead. We understand that life gets in the way and will make adjustments if you are unable to make the first day.

We are here for anybody and everybody, nobody should feel afraid or embarrassed to come to us, in fact you should feel very proud.

It’s a brave thing to go and put yourself in somebody else’s control for a period of time, but believe us it will be the best thing you do for your body and mind.

Iain Reitze has almost 40 years experience of delivering and designing physical and mental programmes to suit every ability level that will nurture confidence and self belief as well as improving health, fitness and facilitating fat loss.

Absolutely! We fully understand that not everybody will be on top of their game every day, we will encourage individuals to be the best they can at that moment in time. Please make us aware of any injuries before attending our retreats so we can adjust our fitness programmes to suit you.

We know that at times your body and your mind will combat each other, our goal is to give you that mental belief and confidence to carry on when your body is telling you no.

We always adopt a ‘Challenge by Choice’ approach. We want the ownership and the responsibility of your decisions to be with you. This way you gain the pride of making the decision rather than feeling coerced into something. Everybody is much better than they believe. But everybody has different goals.

Well we obviously hope this doesn’t happen and I may add that over the years of delivering these retreats that injuries have been very far and few between.

Obviously a lot will be depending on the severity of the injury.

Firstly we would assess the injury then choose a course of action.

We have access to a local A&E or we have the knowledge and experience to treat musculoskeletal injuries.

Our primary goal is to ensure you are happy, comfortable and have all options available.

Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements and allergies, please let us know when you book or at least 6 weeks before the retreat so we can cater to your needs.

We treat everybody as adults and respect their decisions but we ask people to give themselves the best chance to allow their body to detox to allow themselves to feel the full benefit of their stay so we would prefer that alcohol wasn’t consumed.

All inclusive aspects of your stay include all your meals, drinks, snacks, training etc. However, any extras such as transfers, massage and beauty treatments or any external activities will be charged as extra.

The room you book through the website will be the one you stay in. However, where circumstances change, we reserve the right to move you to a different room of the same standard. Photographs shown on the website may not be representative of the retreat or room you stay in.
