We have 2 perfectly located Villas on the highly acclaimed Algarve just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Porto De Mós and equidistant to the picturesque, traditional villages of Lagos and Praia Da Luz.

All rooms are en-suite and are furnished and equipped to a high standard. Each Villa has good size verandas with clear views over the sea and beach where you can witness amazing sunrises and sunsets.

It really is the perfect place to concentrate on YOU and improve your physical & mental wellbeing.

Arrival & Departure

Arrive Saturday – Depart Villas after lunch the following Friday.

ARRIVAL – Access to the villas will be from 2pm on the day of arrival – If arriving before this you may be able to leave your suitcase and walk to the beach cafe but will not be able to access your room. Please do not arrive any later than 8pm.

Flights (NOT included)

Faro is the nearest airport and is around a 40min transfer

Flights to Faro are very reasonable and can be booked through most airlines.

Group/Private Transfers

On arrival at Faro Airport please look for Yellowfish Transfers (Blue & Yellow) holding Iain Reitze Lifestyle Boards.

Prices for transfer below to be paid direct to Lifestyle staff at the villa.


For between 1-4 people – the total cost is €95 ONE WAY

For between 5-8 people – the total cost is €110 ONE WAY

You can expect every member of the team to give you all of their time, experience, knowledge and passion to help you move closer to YOUR goal. This is your week and whatever your goal is we will all try our best to facilitate that.

Whether that goal be relaxation, weight loss, increased fitness, strength, power or speed we will work together with you to ensure you have a safe, fun and productive week.

This will vary daily with other styles of exercise like Zumba, Yoga, Circuits, Glutes, Core, Functional sessions etc.
