We are well aware that many of our guests do not want to train hard most of the day, everyday and in fact just simply wish to come to us to ‘switch off’ from the stresses, rigours and emotions that everyday life can put upon us through work, family, relationships, socials etc so we adopt a ‘challenge by choice’ approach.
